+ 12 watermelon balls (use a melon baller)
+ 1 c. confectioners' sugar + 1 1/2 c. sugar + 3/4 c. oyster sauce + 1/3 c. Sherry wine + 1/3 c. hot water What to do:
1. Place watermelon balls on 2 10-in. skewers.
