Quick Pork Mole

+ PAMŪ Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
+ 1-1/4 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into bite-size pieces + 1/2 c. chopped onion + 2 tsp. chili powder + 1 tsp. ground cumin + 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon + 2 cans (10-oz. ea.) RO*TELŪ Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles, undrained + 1/4 c. semisweet chocolate morsels What to do:
1. Spray large skillet with PAMŪ cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook 5 min. or until pork is done, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet; set aside. Add onion to skillet; cook 3 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add chili powder, cumin and cinnamon; continue cooking about 1 min. or until spices are fragrant, stirring frequently.
2. Add undrained RO*TELŪ tomatoes and morsels; bring mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 8 min. Return drained meat to RO*TELŪ tomato mixture; heat until hot. Cook's Tips: Serve this mole with warm tortillas or over rice. For a milder flavor, use RO*TELŪ Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles.
