* 1-1/2 lb. cooked Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 1 (16 oz.) can red beans, drained
* 1 c. chopped palm hearts
* 1/2 c. chopped Florida green bell peppers
* 1/2 c. chopped Florida yellow peppers
* 1/2 c. chopped Florida almonds
* 2 Tbsp. olive oil
* 2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
* 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
* Florida salad greens
1. Combine all ingredients. Chill for at least 2 hrs. and serve with salad greens.
