Smoked Haddock Gnocchi

Prep Time: 10 Min. Cook Time: 12 Min. What you need:

+ 1 lb. smoked haddock or smoked whiting fillets, skinned and cubed
+ 12 oz. pkg. spinach potato gnocchi or pasta + 2 Tbsp. oil + 2 green onions, chopped + 1 clove garlic, crushed (optional) + 4 oz. sliced green beans + half a jar cheese or Carbonara sauce + black pepper What to do:
1. Cook the gnocchi or pasta according to the pkg. instructions. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan; add the spring onions, garlic and green beans. Cook for 1-2 min.
2. Stir in the sauce, bring to the boil, reduce the heat and add the fish. Cover and cook for 8-10 min., occasionally stirring gently. 3. Add the prepared gnocchi and season.
