+ 1 medium banana
+ 1/2 c. pineapple + 1/2 c. mango + 1/2 c. green tea, cooled + 1 Tbsp. honey + 4 ice cubes + 2 Tbsp. canola oil + 1/2 tsp. crystallized ginger What to do:
1. In a blender, add banana, pineapple, mango, green tea, honey, ice cubes, canola oil and ginger.
