Honey Mustard Shrimp and Prosciutto

What you need:

+ 1/2 c. Dijon mustard
+ 4 Tbsp. Florida honey
+ 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
+ 6 slices prosciutto
+ 16 large Florida shrimp, cooked, peeled, tail on

Honey Mustard Sauce:
+ 1/2 c. Dijon mustard
+ 4 Tbsp. Florida honey
+ 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
+ 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
What to do:
1. Whisk together the mustard, honey, and soy sauce until well combined.
2. On a cutting board, cut prosciutto into triangles; coat one side of meat with a thin layer of honey mustard mixture. Wrap prosciutto around center of each shrimp leaving tail exposed. Place shrimp on a serving tray; cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with Honey Mustard Sauce.
