+ 1-1/2 lb. cooked Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined
+ 1 (16 oz.) can red beans, drained + 1 c. chopped palm hearts + 1/2 c. chopped Florida green bell peppers + 1/2 c. chopped Florida yellow peppers + 1/2 c. chopped Florida almonds + 2 Tbsp. olive oil + 2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar + 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil + Florida salad greens What to do:
1. Combine all ingredients. Chill for at least 2 hrs. and serve with salad greens.
